As of Thursday, March 19, LSA staff have been working remotely and can be reached by e-mail and phone lines. Our number one priority, during this pandemic, is our ability to represent and support our clients. It is important to LSA that we remain accessible to our clients who are affected by this disaster. Our existing statewide call center continues to open cases, provide counsel and advice and serve as a resource for those clients seeking services. Additionally, LSA has established a Disaster Relief Hot Line at 1-877-393-2333 where clients who have been affected by the current crisis may contact us during business hours. Clients may also apply for services on-line 24/7 or find updates on resources by visiting our website at www.legalservicesalabama.org. We remain dedicated to offering the same standard of high-quality service we have in the past to ensure our clients’ needs are met. We will resume our in person intake when the safety of our clients and staff allows us to do so.
