SaysJim Smith’s work is the epitomy of victim safety services. Jim is a true Victim Advocate & unapolegetic when questioning systems that don’t protect victims. He works long hours & often 7 days a week to assist victims. His service on community boards has been outstanding and he is a true agent of change.
