Saturday, March 25, 2023, the public is invited to a HEIRS PROPERTY AND WILLS CLINIC, the third such event in the past year.
This is a hybrid event allowing persons to attend in person or on Zoom.
HOST:
Resurrection Catholic Missions of the South will host the event at the school resource center, 2815 Forbes Drive, Montgomery, from 9 am to 2 pm, and is free.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Judge Love, will share essential information about probate court processes, life insurance and, particularly claims against an estate of a family member or loved one to dispel misconceptions.
Legal Services Alabama, also a co-sponsor, will explain heirs property and its impact on families and communities.
Experienced attorneys and paralegals will provide legal support and prepare documents such as wills, powers of attorney and/or health care directives on site.
Participants will also learn about income taxes, which is particularly relevant now during tax season.
