Legal Services Alabama (LSA) is a statewide non-profit law firm that pursues its mission to serve low-income people by providing civil legal aid and by promoting collaboration to find solutions to problems of poverty. LSA seeks a Client Access Manager to support our mission by overseeing client entry into the legal aid system.
This position is responsible for managing client access into LSA’s court based assistance programs; supporting innovative access to justice programs; assisting pro se litigants; managing LSA’s Private Attorney Involvement Programs; monitoring LSA’s intake system and providing current marketing materials to recruit volunteer attorneys.
Admitted to practice in the State of Alabama or willing to take necessary steps to be admitted to Alabama bar within 6 months of employment. Sensitivity towards low-income population. Five or more years’ experience in legal aid services or related substantive areas. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Salary: $55,990 – 66,170 + DOE
